Senior Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead innovative product strategy, development, and lifecycle management across cross-functional teams.

The position

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive our growth. As a Product Owner you are responsible for driving the strategy of our products centered around the vision, development, and lifecycle of innovative products.
You are the central link between engineering, manufacturing, software development, and commercial teams to ensure that each product delivers exceptional value, performance, and reliability to our customers.

In short, you are responsible for the end-to-end success of the product process!

Key responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define product vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy and market trends
  • Translate customer and technology insights into actionable plans
  • Balance innovation, cost, and manufacturability

Project & Budget Management

  • Define timelines and budgets with internal teams and suppliers
  • Lead project reviews and report progress to leadership
  • Manage risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Backlog & Requirements Ownership

  • Own and prioritize hardware and software backlog
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Align stakeholder feedback and manage external partners

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead full NPI process from concept to production
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Service, R&D, Operations, and Quality
  • Ensure DFM/DFT best practices

Launch & Customer Enablement

  • Support go-to-market strategy and product launches
  • Develop documentation, training, and product demos
  • Coordinate field trials and collect post-launch feedback

Technical Oversight & Continuous Improvement

  • Act as customer voice in technical discussions
  • Support issue resolution and hardware-software integration
  • Monitor KPIs and drive lifecycle improvements

International Travel

  • Travel internationally as required to support customers, partners, field trials, and global teams

Your profile

We are looking for a team player who brings real value to our team team. Our work culture is open, informal, and friendly—even when working under tight deadlines. We need someone who is proactive, adaptable, and has a practical and pragmatic mindset, with a passion for technology and/or sports.

Your qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a hardware/software environment (e.g., robotics, IoT, industrial automation).
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems, control logic, and mechanical/electrical integration.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and vice versa.
