Your role

PlayGreen is looking for an eager and driven HR Advisor who is keen to grow into the role of HR Business Partner in the near future.

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for all HR-related tasks and will support management and employees with a wide range of HR matters. You will be a key link within the organization and will actively contribute to both tactical and operational HR topics.

A typical day might include keeping our HR system (Nmbrs) up to date, handling international payroll, drafting recruitment texts, or participating in job interviews. Additionally, you will act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, employment conditions, and labor law.

You combine strong analytical skills with a hands-on mindset and contribute to a healthy and engaging HR policy. You will report directly to the CFO/COO.

In summary, in this role you will be responsible for:

  • Administrative tasks, including international payroll and personnel files.
  • Recruitment: from drafting vacancy texts and job descriptions to onboarding new employees.
  • Performance management: monitoring the performance cycle, analyzing and processing evaluations.
  • Supporting HR projects and absence management.
  • Advising and supporting management on HR-related matters.
  • Ensuring compliance and translating international laws and regulations into practical policies.
  • Analyzing HR data and identifying trends and risks within the organization.
  • Developing and implementing HR programs focused on performance and culture.
  • Coaching managers in leadership, performance, and employee development.

Your role is dynamic: you enjoy handling administrative tasks but are also eager to grow into a mature HR Business Partner and become a strategic sparring partner for management.

What you bring

  • A completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management (HRM).
  • At least five years of experience in HR and excellent knowledge of labor law.
  • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and a hands-on mindset.
  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
  • Proactive, cooperative, stress-resistant, and able to manage multiple priorities.
