Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a Parts Coordinator, who is responsible for the flawless processing of all incoming (inbound) and outgoing (outbound) parts.

The position

We are seeking a Parts Coordinator, who is responsible for the flawless processing of all incoming (inbound) and outgoing (outbound) parts. You are the key person within our (parts) warehouse and ensure that every shipment – whether service parts, inter-branch transfers, or external deliveries – is carefully checked, recorded, and processed. You are responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of all parts and take the lead in setting up and maintaining a warehouse system. Since this is a relatively new location, you also have the opportunity to actively contribute ideas regarding efficiency, layout, and process improvements. Your input is both valuable and welcome. In this role, you will work closely with the Warehouse Coordinator, and you will be able to cover for each other during absences.

Key responsibilities

  • Process inbound and outbound parts, including loading and unloading, supporting the Warehouse Coordinator.
  • Check incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantities, and any damages.
  • Record goods in and out of the system.
  • Verify and handle waybills and other logistics documents.
  • Set up and maintain a warehouse system.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct stock counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe parts warehouse.
  • Perform order picking and prepare service deliveries and production orders.
  • Contribute ideas for optimising warehouse processes and further professionalising parts logistics.
  • In short: a versatile role where you are not only executing daily tasks but also play an important role in the ongoing development of our parts organisation.

Your profile

Your qualifications

  • Minimum MBO level 4 (vocational education) and preferably a degree in logistics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Forklift and reach truck certification.
  • Knowledge of Exact Globe is a plus.
  • Proactive and flexible attitude.
  • Team player with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and some knowledge of English.
  • Living in the Randstad area.
  • Own transportation is necessary, as the location is not accessible by public transport.
  • A passionate, organised and proactive colleague.
