Senior Sales Support

We are looking for an experiences Senior Sales Support who will manage the full sales lifecycle – from quotation through commissioning and after-sales – while closely supporting the Area Manager in customer and prospect engagements.

The position

In the role of Sales Support, you will be responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle – from quotation through commissioning and after-sales – while closely supporting the Area Manager in customer and prospect engagements. You will support the team throughout the customer journey, turning leads into loyal clients, while also helping manage the sales process, sales staff, and marketing programs.

This role requires someone who can set priorities, multitask, and maintain professional customer contact. The ideal candidate has experience with sales processes and CRM management, as well as the ability to run the entire sales operation efficiently. This position is perfect for a proactive professional who can take initiative, lead the team, and drive growth across the business.

Passion for sports, golf and/or technology are a must in this position to be able to be successful.

Key responsibilities

  • Support business development in the sales process across golf and college sports.
  • Play a sales role for incoming leads generated through web, email, social, etc.
  • CRM management: reporting, marketing, pipeline, and proposals.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals in collaboration with Sales Support (NL).
  • Coordinate administrative matters with Sales Support (NL), including invoicing, purchasing, and contract management.
  • Maintain contact with our suppliers and ensure all processes run smoothly.
  • Manage strategic partnerships across golf and college sports. College will have a conference partnership approach, and golf partnerships will focus on governing bodies and industry organizations.
  • Work with our agronomy department to incorporate their findings into the advice given to the customer.
  • You manage the stock and the forecasting process.
  • You arrange the transport of all SGL products and parts.
  • You maintain contact with our suppliers and ensure that all processes run smoothly.

Your profile

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of work experience in a similar position.
  • You are familiar with MS Office programs.
  • Experience with a CRM system.
  • You can work with financial formulas.
