No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Eligibility
The TurfRobot Trial Giveaway (“Contest”) is open exclusively to professional groundskeepers, facility managers, and stadium management personnel at sports stadiums or training ground venue, other types of venues and golf courses are not eligible. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Stadium Grow Lighting B.V. (“SGL” or “Sponsor”) and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliate, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible. This contest is open worldwide; however, participation is void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for complying with the local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

2. Sponsor
The Contest is sponsored by Stadium Grow Lighting B.V. (“Sponsor”), Piet Stuurmanweg 7, 2742 JX, Waddinxveen, the Netherlands.

3. Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon the entrant’s compliance with these Official Rules and fulfillment of all other requirements set forth herein.

4. Contest Period
The Contest begins on Monday, July 14th, 2025 at 12:00 AM (GMT+1) and ends on Thursday, September 26th, 2025 at 11:59 PM (GMT+1) (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Submissions will only be accepted during the Contest Period via the online entry form on the TurfRobot webpage, as outlined in Section 5.

5. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must complete the TurfRobot Trial Giveaway entry form on the TurfRobot webpage (click here). There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per employer/company, for the duration of the Contest Period. However, participants who also attend and participate in an SGL event (such as an SGL Showcase or SGL Road Show) during the Contest Period receive an additional entry, doubling their chances to win. (Attendance will be verified onsite by SGL staff; signing up for an event alone is not sufficient.) Entries received from any person in excess of these limitations will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

6. Prize Drawing
Between Friday, September 26th, 2025 and Friday, October 3rd 2025, the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received. If a participant has both entered the contest and participated in an SGL event, their name will appear twice in the drawing, increasing their odds. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner by email.

7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email or telephone. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within the required time period, the prize is returned as undeliverable, or the potential winner forfeits the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner, up to three (3) alternate drawings. After three alternate selections, the prize will remain unawarded. Prizes will be fulfilled on a date determined by the Sponsor, up to 12 months after the Contest ends.

8. Prize Conditions
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of:

  • A TurfRobot trial, with duration and timing to be mutually agreed between the Sponsor and the winner.
  • Access to TurfBase (only during trial period): Disease Forecast & Observations module.

  • On-site installation and setup by trained SGL staff.
  • Training for end users.

All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize delivery, installation, and collection are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winner agrees to accept the Grand Prize “as is”. The prize may lapse if (a) the winner does not sign the required trial agreement before usage, or (b) the prize is not redeemed by the winner within twelve (12) months of notification.

Prior to prize fulfillment, the winner must sign a trial contract provided by the Sponsor detailing the terms and conditions of TurfRobot usage. The prize may lapse if (a) the winner does not sign the contract before the trial begins, or (b) the prize is not redeemed within twelve (12) months of notification.

If the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, or technical problem, or if the Contest cannot run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion, Sponsor may either (a) suspend the Contest and resume it to best reflect the spirit of these Official Rules, or (b) terminate the Contest and, if terminated, award the prize at random from the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Attempts to damage the website or undermine legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, their parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and related companies, as well as their officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (“Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
