Duration and cancellation

• Usage of the TurfPod(s) & TurfBase is based on an agreement for 2 months.
• SGL remains owner of the TurfPod(s).
• When the agreement is ended and not extended, the TurfPod(s) need to be shipped back to SGL by the customer, in good condition and no later than the last day of the subscription period.
• Costs for the return transport are for the customer.
• In case the TurfPod(s) will be shipped back, all accessories that were delivered need to be included (Charger etc.). If not, SGL is entitled to invoice the missing items.
• If the TurfPod(s) are not returned or are defective (due to improper use), SGL is entitled to charge an amount of € 2,000 per TurfPod.
• Transfer of risk upon delivery, customer is responsible for arranging appropriate insurance of the goods (theft, damages) while they are onsite.
• Since it is an Free Trial Agreement and SGL will remain owner of the goods, SGL is allowed to supply refurbished goods.
