Parts coverage

Parts Coverage gives reliable protection for your SGL system. It includes full warranty on all parts and components, so you have what you need for maintenance, replacement, and emergency repairs. This package is ideal for customers who manage servicing themselves but want to stay fully equipped.

Essential

Essential delivers reliable maintenance for lasting performance. With an annual on-site visit from an SGL Service engineer, your system receives inspection, preventative maintenance and software updates to ensure safe & efficient operation. With this package, we also handle relamping for both HPS and LED units, so you don’t have to do it yourself.

Premium

Premium provides comprehensive support for maximum system reliability. It combines annual inspection and preventative maintenance with online troubleshooting, diagnostics, and on-site repairs by SGL Service engineers in case of emergencies. Customers receive all Essential services, ongoing software updates, and full warranty on all parts.

Custom

Custom is a fully flexible service solution designed around your specific needs. Building on the Premium package, it allows for additional service visits, dedicated on-site support, or multi-site coverage. With this package, you enjoy a truly care-free experience, as your system is fully managed by the SGL Service team. Every detail of the service plan can be tailored to match your operational requirements and priorities.
