Reaching the indicated lifespan does not mean your product will cease to function. Beyond this point, SGL cannot guarantee the availability of spare parts, and these components will no longer be covered under the service contract. Any such components will be invoiced separately. Routine maintenance and repairs remain fully covered under the service contract, which will be adjusted accordingly if components are invoiced separately. Please note: User-related damage or errors may also result in additional component charges.
