SGL Showcase Sydney 2023
The SGL Sydney Showcase was held on Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24 May at the brand-new Allianz Stadium and the historic Sydney Cricket Ground.
About the Sydney Showcase
During the two-day event, our highly regarded (guest) speakers shared their knowledge and experience, we toured the impressive venues, and of course, there was plenty of time to network and meet up with fellow industry professionals. The showcase revolved around sustainable pitch management, with a focus on LED technology.
The first ever SGL Showcase in Australia was a success! It was a joy to welcome 20 enthusiastic grounds managers from different backgrounds. Inspiring presentations and impressive venue tours sparked the conversation amongst peers, just as we had hoped for. It was a pleasure having such an enthusiastic group of professionals join us at Allianz Stadium and Sydney Cricket Ground and we hope all attendees headed back home with bright ideas, valuable insights and some newly made connections.
