Justin Lang is the Sports Field Coordinator of AAMI Park, a multipurpose facility in Melbourne, Australia, where a variety of sports are played, including women's soccer matches during the 2023 Women's World Cup in July. We spoke to Justin in the lead-up to the World Cup, discussing the daily challenges he faces as the person responsible for the playing field and the benefits of LED grass growth technology.
